At NipponAmerica we take pride in crafting dependable high performance audio equipment. Our products allow our customers the ability to create an exceptional music experience tailored to their tastes and audio system goals. All NipponAmerica products purchased directly from our official website or any authorized NipponAmerica dealer or retailer are backed with a Complimentary One Year Limited Warranty.
It is our goal to make the warranty process as quick and easy as possible in the event that you should experience any issue with your product. Please read the following sections for further details about your products' Complimentary One Year Limited Warranty.
Dealer Line Warranty Extension
A one-year warranty extension is available for all Dealer Line products when your unit is purchased, registered, and installed by an NipponAmericaauthorized dealer. Having your Dealer Line product purchased, registered, and installed by an NipponAmerica authorized dealer ensures that your equipment will function at its highest potential performance. Warranty Coverage Details
NipponAmerica's complimentary One Year Limited Warranty safeguards customers from original manufacturing defects of purchased products. All of our products are tested and checked for quality before leaving the manufacturing facility, but should you receive a defective product please take confidence in knowing that it will be resolved by NipponAmerica and you will not be held responsible for any product that is flawed or malfunctioning.
Our Complimentary One Year Limited Warranty starts on the day you purchase your new NipponAmerica product and lasts for the Warranty Period of one year. The Warranty Period is not extended if we repair or replace a warranted product or re-perform a warranted service.
The warranty does not apply to accidental damage, damage caused by transportation, misuse, product neglect, any product that has had the serial number altered or removed, or improper installation. If you damage your product and get it repaired by anyone other than NipponAmerica this will also void the warranty.
Warranties are not transferable should you decide to sell your product to a third party. Purchase of used products are not covered under the warranty.
Start a Warranty Claim
Before you can submit a warranty claim you have to register your product here if you have not already registered your product.
Our customer service staff is accessible to you during our hours of operation to facilitate and guide you through the warranty service process. To obtain warranty service, you must call our Customer Service Department: 1-877-283-4674 during the Warranty Period and provide proof of purchase to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No warranty service will be provided without an RMA number.
Returning and Replacing Your Product
All products that are returned within one year from the date of purchase, and are found to be defective under NipponAmerica’s warranty standards will be repaired or replaced. Upon receiving returned products, NipponAmerica will examine the product to determine coverage under the warranty policy. NipponAmerica holds sole discretion in the determination of coverage under warranty based upon our policy.
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping their items to NipponAmerica for consideration under warranty. Furthermore, once evaluated and a determination has been made on the claim, customers are responsible for covering the cost of shipping to return their item(s), or their replacement.
Once your RMA number has been assigned, please carefully package your item and ship to the address below. Items that are returned without an RMA number will not be accepted.
